Appointments
Please give 4 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment. One “free” No Show will be given per year (Jan-Dec). To schedule an appointment please call Pam Bass 713 294 9864 or Diane Blackwelder 713 503 4033.
Both in person and virtual appointments are available.
Billing
We bill on the 24th of each month. Payments are due by the 23rd of each following month.
Billable services may include:
- Travel charges to school for therapy sessions
- School observation visits or conferences
- Record reviews
- Reports
- Parent conference
- Documentation for accommodations for SAT, State Board exams, etc.
- Home visits
Insurance
You are responsible for filing your insurance claims. We are happy to assist by answering questions or providing codes necessary for claim.
